How big and how heavy can a parcel be?
- 📦 Standard parcel: ≤ 30kg, sum of three sides ≤ 260cm
- 📮 Satchel: ≤ 5kg, cheap but non-fragile items only
- 📄 Document: ≤ 2kg, fastest, documents and samples only
- 📦 Heavy item: single piece 30–70kg, requires the “heavy” service tick-box
- 🏗 Pallet: standard Australian 1165 × 1165mm, max height 1800mm, max weight 1000kg
- 📐 Volumetric weight: L × W × H (cm) ÷ 5000 — charged on whichever is greater, actual or volumetric weight
